Out of Rock is a Professional Mobile Disco and to ensure there are no misunderstandings, we work to the following terms and conditions
A booking deposit is required to secure the date for your booking. On receipt of your booking deposit a booking confirmation will be issued. Booking deposits are non-refundable in the event if you change your mind or wish to cancel the booking.
All outstanding balances must be paid by the date of the event prior to the commencement of the event.
Access to the Venue:
Out of Rock Mobile Music Hobart will require an adequete access to the venue prior and after the booking to allow setup and packup of the equipments. A minimum of 60 minutes should be allowed to setup, packup and vacating the premises. A premium maybe charged if it is deemed that access to the venue is troublesome.
The client is responsible for the provision of suitable and safe electricity supply.
Extended Playing Time:
Whereever possible, we will accomodate client's requests for extensions to playing time. This will be subject to an additional hourly charge.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably licensed for the event.
If at any time before or during the function, we deem our persons or property to be under threat of a verbal or physical abuse, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate the party without any notice. In event of this happening, the money is non refundable.
The client will be held responsible for any theft or damage to our equipments caused by the guests attending the event.
Photography & Videography:
Out of Rock Mobile Music Hobart reserves the rights to take videos and photos for promotional purposes for our web marketing. If the client have any objection to it, they should inform us before the event.
